Personal training is offered in one hour sessions . Each athlete focuses on improving his/her balance/coordination, speed, agility, explosiveness, and strength training in each session. We use all different size latex resistance bands and other equipment when working with clients. We teach each athlete on the proper positioning of their body for acceleration/deceleration , while strengthening the athletes core. This is extremely important in their success in any sport in which they participate. We have had many successes with this program for participating athletes. While it is a difficult and intense program, the athletes will benefit immensely. As they faithfully train with us, they will continually improve on their fitness and strength levels. We work with any person from the ages of 10 on up, keeping in mind, their focus on wanting to improve themselves.
