I have been training with Kevin for years now and it is one of the best workouts I do to prepare for my soccer season. He prepares specific workouts based on the specific player and what they need to work on. Over the years of training all summer with Kevin I have seen significant improvement in my speed and how I plant to prevent injuries and that is all because of the work put in to all of his workouts. I owe a lot of thank you’s to him for kicking my butt back into shape every year and for shaping me into the player I am today. I would be a very different player without Coach Kev.
