ADULT FITNESS TRAINING

We offer multiple times and days for our adult fitness training sessions. We do have limited size classes of 6 spots so you must register ahead of time for each individual class. We offer individual pricing and package deals.

YOUNG ATHLETES PROGRAM TRAINING

We offer multiple times and days for our young athletes program training sessions. We do have limited size classes of 6 spots so you must register ahead of time for each individual class. We offer package deals. This is a four week/8 session program in order to get see major results.

GROUP TRAINING 2 PLUS PEOPLE

We can have groups of two or more people setup a time on a regular basis to train. Must always have two people training at this scheduled time.

MOBILE AT HOME TRAINING

We can schedule either on mobile site team training or at your home for personal training. Contact for pricing.

For over twenty plus years, we have provided personal fitness, speed/agility / strength training to the capital district area,located in East Greenbush . We focus on building self confidence in young athletes and adults trying to get back into shape. We use resistance bands,sleds, bosu’s, kettlebell etc.

I have been training for Kevin for about 6 years now and it is one of the best workouts I do in off season to prepare for my collegiate soccer team. Kevin prepares specific workouts based on the specific player and what they need to work on. Over the years of training all summer with Kevin, I have seen significant improvement on my speed and how I plant to prevent injuries.
