For over the twenty plus years we have been providing
personal fitness, speed, agility, power, and strength training to clients
throughout the capital district area through team, group , and individual training sessions.
We work with young athletes in our young athlete’s program
to help develop them to increase their speed/agility/power/explosiveness on
the court or field , and at the same time, work on their self-confidence.
We also have an adult fitness workout class for our adults
at morning and at evening classes.
We use multiple tools with our workouts such as resistance bands,
kettlebells, bosu's, trx's, flash reflex training, and sleds. We change
up workouts on daily basis to keep it fresh. Come check us out.
