The Blaze Pods Flash Reflex Training this past few years has been very exciting and shown much progress in all of our programs . It helps our athletes focus on reaction time and increase their speed and quickness. We use the pods in many aspects of our training programs, both our young athletes and adult fitness strength training workouts use the pods effectively while we concentrate with good healthy habits with our clients as a nutritional coach.
Working with young athletes on strengthening their core which in turn helps them improve their quick feet acceleration/deceleration and with the use of resistance bands while using the blaze pods can show dramatic results.
